Can’t recall where I saw these pics but I’m guessing it was eBay. It apparently was on an international blue card in 1983.

Hot Wheels Baja Beetle: 1987 #2542 (Real Riders)
This Baja Beetle has seen some things… It’s wearing temporary white walls because it came to me with bare rims. Its previous Blazin’ Bug tampos are long gone. The white paint, bare metal base, and red interior are as expected.
There is a basic wheel variant of this release.
Hot Wheels BMW M1: 1983 #3289 Real Riders
The initial 1983 release: Perhaps the most valuable of the lot, the original release was in red. Yellow/white/black stripe tampos bear the BMW name. It sits on Goodyear Real Riders with gray hubs under a painted metal base. A chrome engine is revealed under the rear hood.
